Booking

For all regular sessions, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date for your session. This also serves as a cancellation fee. However, the fee may be credited towards a future session. The remaining balance is due a week prior to the session date. A copy of the deposit transaction should to be sent to payment@jessiewalkerphotography.com

For all Mini Sessions, the full fee is required on booking to reserve your session. A copy of the transaction should to be sent to payment@jessiewalkerphotography.com

Payment

 

The balance of your session fees are due via direct deposit the week prior to your session. A copy of the deposit transaction should to be sent to payment@jessiewalkerphotography.com

Rescheduling / Cancellation

Jessie Walker Photography reserves the right to reschedule any session or due to photographer illness, personal emergency, or inclement weather. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund your paid session fee.

Clients reserve the right to reschedule any portrait session with one week PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee. You may also use the $50 deposit to reschedule your session within 6 months.

If you prefer to cancel your session, instead of rescheduling at least one week prior, you will forfeit the $50 deposit which will serve as a cancellation fee.

​

Rescheduling or canceling of your session’s date within 72 hours will incur an additional $100 cancellation fee and you will not receive a refund of your deposit.

​

In relation to Mini Sessions, clients reserve the right to reschedule their session with one week PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee. You may also use the amount paid to go towards a full session and reschedule within 6 months. If you fail to attend your session without prior notice (1 week), you will forfeit the amount paid and not receive a refund.

Procedures

​

Once your session has taken place, your images will be selected and edited at the photographers discretion. I work very hard to only produce images of a particular standard, and will always deliver to you the very best. Once edited, your gallery will be loaded via Pixieset, and an email sent with the directions and gallery password. From there you are able to download and save each high resolution image.
